Dress Rental 101

Q: I've Never Rented Before. How Does All of This Work?
It's actually pretty easy. You simply choose the dress you want, pay the rental fee and the dress is reserved for you.
Q: I'm in Chicago and I Want to Try the Dress On. Can I Do That?
Yes, our Chicago retail loft store is open 5 days a week.
Q: I Don't Live in Chicago. Do You Ship Your Dresses?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and include a pre-paid envelope for you to ship the dress back to us.
Q: Do I Have to Have an Appointment to Try On Dresses?
We require appointments on some days, but we are walk-ins the majority of the time. Our hours are always posted on the hours page of our website. Or you can call our (800) number to hear today's hours.
Q: Are the Dresses on Your Website the Only Dresses You Have?
No. We have more dresses in our store. Our website only shows about 60% of what we have.
Q: I See a Dress I Love, But It's Not in My Size! Can You Get Dresses in Other Sizes?
Yes. We can order certain dresses in other sizes. Just e-mail us and if it is available we will add the dress to the site in your size for you to order.
Q: Do I Have To Wait Until the Week of My Event to Rent?
No. You can rent a dress 6 months in advance. We recommend renting early in order to get the best selection, secure the dress that you want and avoid paying expedited shipping charges.
